RETURN POLICY

All new and used equipment is covered by the terms of the respective manufacturers warranty (if applicable).  Thus, if a warranty issue would arise the machine should be returned to the manufacturer directly.   If you need assistance with this process, feel free to call us.

You must receive a return authorization from us within 30 days prior to returning any product for a refund or exchange.   Any item must be in unused, new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange.  All returned or exchanged merchandise must be in the new and unused condition as received. That includes the equipment, original packaging and all documentation that accompanied your order.

All returns or exchanges, new or used, require a 25% restocking fee, excepting the receipt of a damaged item. 

Used detectors are sold “as is” with no additional warranty, implied or expressed.  Return shipping with adequate insurance is your responsibility.

Also, the 25% re-stocking charge will apply if the original shipment is refused and/or the product is returned for exchange for any reason other than a processing error by us or if the item was received damaged. 

Although rare, merchandise damaged in transit will be repaired or replaced by us.   Please contact us to obtain a return authorization for damaged merchandise. No returns will be accepted without prior return authorization.
